Sobha pledges 5.9% equity to Swiss bank

Sobha Developers has pledged 4.3 million shares or about 5.9 per cent of its equity to Switzerland-based Bank Sarsin & Co. In a communique to stock exchanges, the company said that the bank now holds 13.7 per cent stake in company through pledged shares.
