Gokaldas Exports surges on sale of arm to Silver Spark Apparel

Shares of Golakdas Exports have surged 5% in a flat market after the company sold the entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Robot Systems, to Silver Spark Apparel on September 10, 2015.

Silver Spark Apparel entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Golakdas Exports on April 03, 2015 in order to acquire the entire shareholding in Robot Systems.

The stock opened at Rs 56.70 and touched a high of Rs 57.85 on the BSE. A total of 46,012 shares changed hands on the BSE so far.
