The retail portion of the Rs 226-crore initial public offering (IPO) of MSTC was fully subscried. Overall, the IPO was subscribed 12 per cent.

The IPO closes on Friday. The company has set the price band for its IPO at Rs 121-128 a share. MSTC offers a discount of Rs 5.5 a share on the allotment price to the retail investors.
