MSTC's Rs 226-crore IPO subscribed 12% on second day of bidding

The retail portion of the Rs 226-crore initial public offering (IPO) of MSTC was fully subscri­ed. Overall, the IPO was subscr­i­bed 12 per cent. 

The IPO closes on Friday. The company has set the price band for its IPO at Rs 121-128 a share. MSTC offers a discount of Rs 5.5 a share on the allotment price to the retail investors.
