Tata Group shares in focus

Tata Investment, TRF, Tata Sponge, Tata Chemicals, Indian Hotels and Tata Coffee are up 4-11% on the BSE.

Shares of Tata Group companies have rallied by up to 11% in early morning deals on back of heavy volumes.

Tata Investment Corporation, TRF, Tata Sponge Iron, Tata Chemicals, Tata Teleservices Maharashtra, Indian Hotels, Tata Coffee, Tata Elxsi, Tata Global Beverages, Titan Company, Tata Power Company and Tata Communications are up 2-11% on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Among the individual stocks, TRF and Tata Investment Corporation have surged 11% each at Rs 131 and Rs 468 respectively. Tata Sponge Iron up 8% at Rs 514, while Tata Chemicals up 7% at Rs 284 at 0955 hours.
