$5m fraud lawsuit filed against 'Real Housewives'' creator, Bravo network

'The Real Housewives of Orange County's' creator, Scott Dunlop, and show's network, Bravo, have been hit with 5 million dollars fraud lawsuit, it has been reported.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the complaint has been filed by Patrick Moses and Kevin Kaufman, who claim that the series' credited creator Dunlop developed and sold the series with them, and then conspired with the network to remove them from production.

Their complaint has been filed in New York Supreme Court and they are suing for fraud, civil conspiracy and breaches of fiduciary duty and contract. They're represented by Johnson Gallagher Magliery's John Magliery.
