Indonesian search team has reportedly recovered the cockpit voice recorder of the crashed AirAsia flight QZ8501 in the Java Sea, officials said.
The discovery comes a day after the first piece of the so-called black box, the flight data recorder, was retrieved, reported the BBC.
The aircraft with 162 people on board went down into the Java Sea during its flight from Surabaya in Indonesia to Singapore on December 28.
The two devices will provide crucial clues to investigators and will help them understand the cause of the crash.
At least 48 bodies have been recovered so far.
SB Supriadi from Indonesia's search and rescue agency said that the fuselage was spotted about 1.5 km from where the tail section was found last week.
