Former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot was on Wednesday appointed as the General Secretary of Gujarat Congress.
Gehlot is an MLA from Sadarpura constituency of Jodhpur.
He served as the chief minister of Rajasthan from 1998 to 2003 and again to power in 2008 and ruled till 2013.
