The 51-year-old American actress was seen wearing an all-black outfit on a crowded street, chatting on her cell phone and carrying a large black purse at the conference where spiritual leader the Dalai Lama was scheduled to speak, Us Magazine reported.
The 'Indecent Proposal' star recently settled her divorce from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher two years after they separated.
