Liam Gallagher and Robbie Williams have reignited one of the oldest feuds in rock'n'roll history over the 'Take That' star's four-night stint at the former Oasis frontman's beloved Etihad Stadium.
On the same night that Gallagher's band, Beady Eye, played the 1,500-capacity Ritz in Manchester, he branded Williams an "idiot" and claimed that "any f*****g clown" could play at Manchester City's 60,000 seat Etihad Stadium.
Speaking on Radio 5 Live, Gallagher said that they should be playing the Etihad three nights and not Williams, the Sun reported.
He also described Beady Eye as a "proper live band" but claimed that "the bulls-t is winning.
