Mariah Carey set to record new Christmas album

Mariah Carey will release another Christmas album, it has been reported.

The 44-year-old singer has reportedly been asked by her new label Epic Records to create another collection of Yule Tide tracks in time for the holiday in 2015, the New York Post reported.

Although Carey was interested in the project she has yet to definitely agree to it.

American singer's 1994 LP 'Merry Christmas' was the best-selling festive album of all-time and contained the now classic song 'All I Want for Christmas Is You.
