A health awareness workshop on Neurotherapy for the employees and residents of the President's Estate was held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan here today.

Today's initiative is a step further in creating a right attitude towards good health through the ancient Indian therapy. Sometimes back, yoga classes had been started in the President's Estate, which were quite popular amongst the residents.

The workshop was organized in co-ordination with Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra, who is credited for the revival of this ancient holistic medicinal technique in India and Ram Gopal Dixit.

Neurotherapy is a universal and drugless therapy where the goal is to allow the brain to heal itself and equip the individual with self-regulation capabilities.
