A new kind of hair clip has been developed that has built in crime-fighting technology which films the attackers and calls the police.
The beauty product, which has been developed by entrepreneurial couple Rachel Emanuele and her husband Arthur, doubles as a hair clip with sensors that can detect an attack and record evidence, while contacting the emergency services, the Mirror reported.
Rachel, from Phoenix, said that the device, called 'smart wearable', would know one's location and which emergency responders to reach out to.
