Australian bowler Patrick Cummins' family home is reportedly under threat from the bushfires devastating parts of New South Wales.
The 20-year-old paceman is currently staying in the city, but his parents and younger sister are still at the family home near the Blue Mountains, which have seen the worst impacts of the fires.
According to Fox News, firefighters conducted back-burning earlier in the week that ran virtually up to the Cummins' backyard.
Cummins said that there is a school between his home and the main fires happening around Yellow Rocks and Springwood and he is just hoping that the fires don't go to their backyard.
He further revealed that his family might go to his grandparents' place and have already packed their bags.
The paceman further said that cricket clubs are trying to organize a few charity events to help a few of their club players that have lost houses, the report added.
