Reliance Communications Ltd to consider Q1 results on Aug. 14

Reliance Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the company's Board of Directors will be held on August 14 inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).

Pursuant to the 'Reliance Communications Limited - Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for the directors, designated employees and connected persons covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of August 6 to closure of business hours of August 16.
