Sir Sean Connery ranked most popular Brit in US

Sir Sean Connery has topped this year's 'Q Score chart' for being the most popular British actor in the US.

According to Henry Schafer, executive vice president of Q Scores Company, awareness of the 83-year-old actor and his appeal is strong across America, amongst all ages.

He added that even though the bond icon is not working much, he has already transcended in the way people feel about him, Contactmusic reported.

The Q Score chart, based on opinion polls conducted in America, had Sir Anthony Hopkins in second place and Daniel Day-Lewis rounded out the top five.
