Cary Fukunaga has walked out of New Line's upcoming adaptation of Stephen King's 'It.'
According to the sources, the decision comes after the 'True Detective' director had some conflicts over the budget, Deadline.com reported.
With this, the shooting for the horror project, which was scheduled to start in mid-June, might get delayed until they fill the chair.
Based on King's 1986 novel, the story centers on a group of preteens terrorized by a malevolent entity, Pennywise that preys on children called "It". While they beat the evil temporarily, the group finds themselves facing it again as adults.
