Two women, one from Telangana and the other from Andhra Pradesh, are reported to be infected with swine flu.
Both states reported 88 cases of swine flu in 2014. Last year's death toll from the virus was pegged at ten persons.
The Telangana Government has said it is taking steps to check the spread of the virus.
