3i Infotech announces restructuring of US based subsidiaries

3i Infotech Financial Software Inc. merges with 3i Infotech Inc.

3i Infotech announced that its US based subsidiary, 3i Infotech Financial Software Inc. has been merged into 3i Infotech Inc, another US based step-down subsidiary of the Company effective 31 December 2017. There is no cash consideration involved in the said merger. The intent of the merger was to effect a tax-free re-organisation under all applicable laws.
