Axis Bank allots 17,525 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 17,525 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 6th January 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 563,95,05,926 (281,97,52,963 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 563,95,40,976 (281,97,70,488 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
