Axis Bank allots 2.88 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 2,88,183 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each
of the Bank on 12 April 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 613,96,99,902/-(306,98,49,951 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,02,76,268/- (307,01,38,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
