Bank of India announces change in Govt. Nominee Director

With immediate effect

Bank of India announced the appointment of Bhushan Kumar Sinha, (Joint Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services) as a Government Nominee Director on the Board of Bank of India with immediate effect and until further orders, in place of existing Government Nominee Director Vandita Kaul.
