Bhartiya International allots 681 equity shares

Bhartiya International has allotted 681 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2013 to the employees, who had exercised the option at an exercise price of Rs. 50/- in the meeting held on 3 May 2017.
