Board of Aurobindo Pharma terminates agreements for acquisition for Cronus Pharma

At meeting held on 20 August 2021

The Board of Aurobindo Pharma at its meeting held on 20 August 2021 approved the termination of agreements entered into with Cronus Pharma Specialities India for acquisition of 51% ownership in Cronus Pharma. The parties have mutually agreed to the aforesaid termination.
