Board of CCL International accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 06 September 2014

CCL International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 September 2014, inter alia, has accepted the resignation of Krishan Kumar Sharma, Director of the company w.e.f. 06 September 2014 from the Board of Directors of the Company due to his age & health problems.
