Board of Chennai Ferrous Industries approves change in directorate

The Board of Chennai Ferrous Industries has approved the resignation of Sunil Kumar Singh as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4 September 2018. The Board has appointed Chandikeshwar Sharma as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company at the Board Meeting held on 4 September 2018 subject to Members approval at the ensuing 8th Annual General Meeting.
