Board of Frontline Corporation accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 23 March 2015

Frontline Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 March 2015, has accepted resignation of Rahul Chomal as an Independent Director of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that he has resigned from the position of member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Shareholders' Committee with immediate effect.
