Board of Gupta Synthetics appoints director

At meeting held on 23 March 2015

Gupta Synthetics announced that pursuant to clause 49 of listing agreement and section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, Meenu Maheshwari appointed as women director by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 March 2015 as an additional Director of the Company.
