The Board of Hindustan Copper in its meeting held on 21 April 2018 took note of the cessation of directorship of Niranjan Pant upon his vacation of the post of part-time non official (Independent) Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2018 in terms of Section 167 (1) (b) of the CompaniesAct, 2013.
