At meeting held on 21 November 2016
Ingersoll-Rand (India) announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company held on 21 November 2016, the Board has appointed Amar Kaul as the Chairman of the Board effective immediately. He replaces Roman Steinhoff who resigned from the Board in August 2016.The Board had earlier appointed Amar Kaul as Managing Director of the Company effective 05 August 2016 and he will now take over as Chairman of the Board as well.
