Simplex Projects announced Pradeep Kumar Mishra, Sr. Vice President (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from his office and services of the Company, w.e.f. 13 November 2016.The same has also been approved and ratified by the Board in their meeting held on 14 November 2016.
