Board of Jump Networks approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 15 June 2021

The Board of Jump Networks at its meeting held on 15 June 2021 has approved the appointment of Minakshi Singh (DIN: 07483620) as the Non-Executive Woman Independent Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2021. The Board also approved the appointment of Nirdesh Shah (DIN: 08128204) as the Independent Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2021. The Board approved the change in Designation of Atul Kumar (DIN: 07271915) from Non-Executive Independent Director to Managing Director w.e.f. 15 June 2021.
