The Board of Lakshmi Machine Works at its meeting held on 27 January 2021 has noted the resignation of Anil Gupta (DIN:08446779), Nominee Director of LIC with immediate effect, has also noted the fresh nomination and appointed T C Suseel Kumar (DIN: 06453310) as Nominee Director of LIC with immediate effect.
