Board of Magna Electro Castings recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.60 per share

Magna Electro Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended payment of dividend Rs 1.60 per share (@ 16%) on the equity share capital, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
