Board of Mastek approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 16 July 2015

Mastek announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 July 2015, has noted the resignation of Venkatesh Chakravarty from the Directorship of the Company under the Scheme of Arrangement on his joining the Board of Majesco.
