Board of Modison Metals approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 27 October 2014

Modison Metals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2014 have appointed B B Singh and Rita D Bhatia as Additional Directors. The Board also accepted the resignation of L P Aggarwal as Independent Director of the Company.
