At meeting held on 06 August 2015
Monte Carlo Fashions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:1. Accepted and taken on record the resignation of Rukmesh Mohan Sood as Chief financial Officer of the Company with effect from 06 August 2015 and approved the appointment of Sarweshwer Arora as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 06 August 2015 under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under.
2. The 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 29 September 2015 at the Registered Office of the Company.
