Board of Phoenix International appoints director

At meeting held on 26 March 2015

Phoenix International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, have approved the Appointment of Rupali Chawla as Additional Director (Non Executive and Independent Director)

Also the Board Members at their meeting have approved the appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2014 - 2015.
