Board of Rodium Realty approves change in diretorate

At meeting held on 13 August 2014

Rodium Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, inter alia, has approved the following items/resolutions:

1. Noted resignation of Nilesh Vikamsey as Independent Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Tejal Daftary for the casual vacancy caused, as Independent Director.

3. Appointment of Tejal Daftary as a member of Audit Committee.

4. Appointment of Vatsal Shah as a member of Audit Committee.
