Cerebra Integrated Technologies announces change in company secretary

With effect from 09 January 2015

Cerebra Integrated Technologies announced that Nutan Soudgar has been appointed as Company Secretary as per Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Compliance Officer of the Company for the purpose of Listing Agreement, with effect from 09 January 2015.

Shridhar S. Hegde has been ceased to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
