Cinemax India shifts registered office

Cinemax India announced that the registered office of the company has been shifted from the State of Maharashtra, Mumbai to the National Capital Territory of Delhi i.e. from 215- Atrium, 10th Floor, Opp Divine School, J B Nagar, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (E). Mumbai-400059 to 61, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi- 110057 vide the Order from Regional Director, Western Region, Mumbai dated 10 October 2013.
