Coromandel Engineering Company announced that K Ramakrishnan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company due to personal reasons.The resignation has been accepted and K. Ramakrishnan has been relieved from the services of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on 14 September 2016.
