DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 2,22,500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 12 January 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,41,10,963 shares of Rs.10/- each.
