EMCO Investments renamed as Zarco Realties

EMCO announced that name of 'EMCO INVESTMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED' Promoter & Promoter Group (Body Corporate category) has been changed to 'ZARCO REALTIES PRIVATE LIMITED' with effect from 20 November 2017.

ZARCO REALTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is holding 83,55,858 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each in the Company. Hence, there is no overall change in the shareholding held by the Promoter and Promoter Group shareholders in the Company.
