FGP announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 11 November 2014

FGP announced that Aayushi Mulasi has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company under Companies Act, 2013 and Compliance Officer under the Listing Agreement with effect from 11 November 2014.

She has also been appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013.
