Fiberweb (India) fixes record date for reduction and consolidation of share capital

Record date is 10 February 2016

Fiberweb (India) has fixed 10 February 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Reduction and Consolidation of Share Capital (to derate existing equity share capital by 40% and to accept the reduced Number of shares at par for Rs. 10/- per share) and issue of further shares to Promoters and their friends and Strategic Investor as per BIFR Order.
