Greenply Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 May 2015 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Annual Accounts, Audited Consolidated Annual Accounts and Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March, 2015, to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares for the year ended 31 March, 2015.
