HCL Infosystems allots equity shares

Under stock option

HCL Infosystems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014 allotted 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at Rs. 37.40/- each {including securities premium of Rs. 35.40), to the employee on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems - Employee Stock Based Compensation Plan 2005.
