Board of M M Forgings approves changes in promoters

At meeting held on 20 October 2014

M M Forgings announced that the following persons, have sent a letter requesting them to remove from the Promoter's list of the Company :

1. Meenakshi Subramaniam

2. Srivatsan Subramaniam

3. Vasanthi Srivatsan

4. Vishnu Srivatsan

The above letter was placed on the Board and was accepted by the Board Members and a resolution to this effect was passed in the Board Meeting held on 20 October 2014.
