HCL Infosystems update on sale of ownership and control held by Nurture Technologies FZE in its subsidiaries and step down subsidiary

HCL Infosystems announced that with regard to sale of the entire ownership and control held by Nurture Technologies FZE (formerly known as HCL Infosystems MEA FZE) in its direct subsidiaries namely Gibraltar Technologies LLC (Dubai) and Gibraltar Technologies LLC (Abu Dhabi) including in its step-down subsidiary namely Gibraltar Technologies WLL (Qatar), the shares have been transferred in the name of the Buyer (consortium of individuals) and the abovementioned transaction has been closed on 27 November 2018.
