Hotel Leela Venture update of change in promoter group companies

Hotel Leela Venture announced that pursuant to merger of Leela Software Solutions with Leela Lace Holdings, the shareholding of Leela Lace Holdings in the company has increased to 37.46%. Leela Software Solutions stands dissolved and merged with Leela Lace Holdings.

The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group before and alter the transaction remains the same.
